The 4-Meat has cheese and toppings to the edge of the crust. You can see sausage under the cheese but that's all you see. The other toppings are hidden under the cheese. The ingredients say sausage, pepperoni, beef, and bacon all under that signature Lotzza Motzza cheese blanket and...the flavor profile is meat forward with a very flavorful spice palette. It's not spicy; just well-developed. The meat combination works well, with each topping contributing flavor rather than just filling space. The sauce has a bold flavor that holds its own against the heavy toppings. Brew Pub continues to deliver on the promise of pub-style generosity and the flavors are seriously on point. Well-done.
