This is a genuine Detroit-style pizza — thick, airy crust with caramelized cheese edges that are the best part of the pie. The sauce is vine-ripened and applied on top, Detroit-style. The pepperoni is generous and cup-and-chars beautifully. What makes this special is that it bakes in its own pan, so the crust develops that signature crispy bottom and caramelized cheese crown. It's the closest a frozen pizza has come to restaurant quality. At $8-$10 (especially at Costco), it's an exceptional value. This is the frozen pizza we recommend to skeptics.
