Fox River Brewing used to be one of my favorites. Their sauce was outstanding. Their sausage was excellent. Their Thai Pizza was one of the most unique pizzas in town. Then they changed the crust. Ever since then, it just hasn't hit the same for me.

Fox River Brewing used to be one of my favorites. Their sauce was outstanding. Their sausage was excellent. Their Thai Pizza was one of the most unique pizzas in town. Then they changed the crust. Ever since then, it just hasn't hit the same for me. There's a lesson here: don't change what works. The sauce and sausage are still there, but the foundation — the crust — shifted, and the whole experience changed with it. Fox River is still good pizza. It's just not what it used to be.
